- Unavailability of appropriate room for assemblies can result in cancellation.
- Assemblies to be delivered in one location on any given day; multiple locations will be an additional charge.
- Schedule changes of confirmed dates will result in a charge of $25.00.
- Curriculum is for sole use of contracting school or district and may not be duplicated, resold, used or shared in any other location without written consent of Bonnie Steele (owner). No Meet the Masters lessons/visuals may be posted online.
- If an assembly or class lesson is missed because of school’s error, make-up will be provided only on dates previously scheduled.
- Non-teaching breaks for MTM Instructors, totaling more than 90 minutes per day, will be assessed a charge of $29.00 per day, & $29.00 per each additional 30 minutes.
- Filming or recording any part of Meet The Masters lessons is allowed only with prior written permission from Bonnie Steele (owner).
- School’s classroom teacher is required to be present during all Meet The Masters instruction.
- Minimum # of assemblies and/or classes per scheduled day is 3. Less than 3 is subject to additional charges.
