Q: I can’t get the sound to work on my computer.
A:
Only select slides on each Level will actually play music selections and/or artist voices to enrich the learning experience. All slides with sound will have an "Audio" or “music” button in the lower left corner. These select pictures on each Level will play music selections and/or artist voices to help make the learning experience fun. To test the audio on your computer, page through a lesson until you see an “Audio” or “Music” button and click.  Wait a minute or two for the audio to load, in case your internet connection is slow. If you do not hear the audio, proceed below.

Q: I have tested the audio but still hear nothing.
A:
First, check to make sure your system speakers are hooked up properly. Next confirm that the volume control on your computer is turned up. Finally, double check that you are using Internet Explorer web browser. This can be verified by choosing the “Help” tab from the tool bar and then selecting “About Internet Explorer.” If your do not have IE on your computer you can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

Q: What are the computer/system requirements to MTM?
A:
Any PC with Windows 95 O/S or higher.  Any Macintosh computer. Both PC and Mac MUST have the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser installed for optimum compatibility.

Q: Do I have to have internet access to use MTM?
A:
Yes.   You must be connected to the internet to use the online multi-media content.   If you do not have an internet connection, please contact support@meetthemasters.com. CD Roms are available for purchase.  If you purchase a CD Rom, you will still need to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to run the program, however, anytime you are prompted by your browser to connect to the internet, you can select the “Work Offline” feature to bypass modem connection.

Q: Does Internet Explorer have to be my “default browser”?
A:
No. IE does not have to be your default web browser to use the online multi-media. However, making IE your default browser will allow the auto-run program to automatically load the without any complications. When possible, we recommend making IE your browser but it is not required.

Q: The MTM screen is not the correct size for my computer.
A:
The online multi-media presentation will operate at maximum efficiency when the monitor size has been preset at 800 x 600. This can be achieved by clicking on the “Start” menu (for PC users) and selecting “Settings.” Choose the “Control Panel.” Find and double click on the “Dislplay” folder/icon and select the “Settings” tab. Choose the 800 x 600 screen area and click “Apply.” You will be asked to confirm this decision by clicking “Yes.” In some cases your computer may prompt you to restart the computer to accept the new screen size.
