Dedicated to inspiring children’s natural artistic talents and sparking their imaginations, MeetTheMasters has a long history of serving Southern California’s public and private schools. More than 1 million elementary students have been educated in the visual arts through this creative program. 

Since its inception 17 years ago, MeetTheMasters has capitalized on the exploding homeschool market by releasing the HomeSchool Edition of its art curriculum in Spring of 2000. This innovative program quickly transforms parents into talented art-teachers.

In addition, the MeetTheMasters.com Web site was created to further assist parents and teachers in inspiring children to love art  through a discount art supply store  which helps families conveniently and affordably fulfill their creative needs.

MeetTheMasters properties include:

§         MeetTheMasters Art Program  is currently in use in 200 schools nationwide and has been  enhanced annually since its inception in 1985. MeetTheMasters is a creative and age-appropriate art enrichment program that utilizes a 3-facet education model of multi-media presentation, art technique packet, and creative art activity. It is an art history program that concentrates on seven artists per year: presenting the life history, artistic style, technique, and famous works of each artist. The 4-year program contains 28 total artist units and is taught on 3 difficulty levels (112 lessons), according to the abilities and attention spans of the students.
§        MeetTheMasters HomeSchool Edition has taken the $2000+ slide-based program, primarily used in large schools, and customized it for home use on one affordable CD-ROM accompanied by Curriculum Guides that prepares homeschool parents to become the art teacher. All of the award winning creativity from the traditional program­­--such as period music, artist voices and review games--are now available in the home with the interactive HomeSchool Edition.

  §         MeetTheMasters.com Art Store is setting the standard for serving students, families and artists online. The art supplies needed to complete the program are bundled together for one-click shopping. Artists may also choose from the most extensive selection (40,000 products) of brand name supplies found on the Web. All products are listed with detailed descriptions and photos, allowing consumers to choose from the best selection of the best products at the best prices.
